Hume Doors & Timber (Qld) Pty Ltd, a 100 % Australian owned company, is Australia’s leading Door Manufacturer and Timber Wholesaler, marketing its products to the hardware, timber and building industries throughout Australia and Overseas.
We are looking to employ an experienced Receptionist to assist our Sales Manager and team. The position is available at our Head Office in Kingston, Logan City.
The role and responsibilities of this role include but is not limited to:
- Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answering phones promptly and courteously
- Daily preparation of mail for posting
- Maintaining franking machine
- Filing
- General office administration as required
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to follow direction
- Ability to work autonomously
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at one time
