Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing customer service for all prospective and current residents within a multi-family residential community. Your role requires effective customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Willow Bridge's quality customer satisfaction standards.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Answer phones and direct phone calls for management and office staff.
  • Welcome, greet and direct all onsite guests.
  • Ensure highly sensitive information via email or phone is handled in a confidential manner.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. (special projects and assignments as needed)
  • Performs various administrative and computer tasks, office email communications.
  • Purchase and stock supplies for office and kitchen areas.
  • Fedex and Mail any documents needing sent.
  • Create office maintenance tickets for service needed.
  • Creation of access badges and codes for employees.
  • Maintaining of and setting up of conference spaces for scheduled meetings.

Qualifications

What You Need For Success:

  • Position requires 1-2 years in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Must be organized and dependable.
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday during regular hours in office.
