We are currently hiring for a Receptionist who brings fresh thinking, follows through, and knows how to bring people together to get results. Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct phone calls for management and office staff.
- Welcome, greet and direct all onsite guests.
- Ensure highly sensitive information via email or phone is handled in a confidential manner.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor (special projects and assignments as needed).
- Perform various administrative and computer tasks, office email communications.
- Purchase and stock supplies for office and kitchen areas.
- FedEx and mail documents as needed.
- Create office maintenance tickets for service needed.
- Create access badges and codes for employees.
- Maintain and set up conference spaces for scheduled meetings.
Qualifications
- Position requires 1–2 years in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within instructions, routines, and standard practices.
- Must be organized and dependable.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), internet searches, and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and complete duties to achieve objectives.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday during regular office hours.
