Position
We are seeking two Administrative Support / Receptionists to staff USTDA’s reception desks, greet high-level visitors, manage phones, and support scheduling and clerical tasks.
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite – staff two reception areas)
Clearance: Secret (active or interim)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, including high-level government and private officials.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor access.
- Issue badges, log guests, and coordinate with building security.
- Support scheduling, event coordination, and clerical tasks.
- Maintain reception areas in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
- 1–3 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems.
- High School diploma required; college preferred.
