Job Description

As our Rockstar Receptionist, you'll be the face, voice, and spirit of our company. This role is not just about answering phones – it’s about creating a welcoming, professional front-office presence. We’re seeking a strong communicator with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. This is a Full-Time position, with office hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You will also participate in a weekend rotation and holiday schedule.

  • Be the phone whisperer: Manage all incoming calls with finesse
  • Welcome committee extraordinaire: Greet, direct, and assist residents, staff, and visitors
  • Mail and package guru: Oversee distribution
  • Reception area stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby
  • Office supply superhero: Maintain inventory and reorder as needed
  • Tech-savvy multitasker: Handle computer tasks, routine office work, and assigned special projects

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience managing a multi-line phone system and office equipment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced level)
  • 2+ years in professional office administration
  • Background check required
