Job Opening: Product Marketing & Analytics Specialist

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

Schedule: Full-time, Contract

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Marketing & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and data visualization to drive business decisions and optimize product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing plans aligned with traffic, spend, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and integrated marketing teams to monitor performance and adjust strategies.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders across the organization to influence strategy and product development.
• Design and maintain scalable data models and dashboards in Tableau for clear, actionable insights.
• Deliver both repeatable and ad hoc business intelligence reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, eCommerce operations, marketing, or product management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel pivot tables.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills using data visualizations.
