This role is for a Growth Marketing Manager at Photo Booth Supply Co. The role focuses on turning paid traffic into profit by building webinar funnels, writing landing page copy, running ads, and testing to improve CAC and LTV. Ideal candidates have experience implementing high-ticket funnel strategies and are excited to scale growth.

Overview

Growth Marketing Manager who will build scalable, automated funnels that operate 24/7. You will own paid acquisition and funnel optimization for a hardware + software product line, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and impact from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize automated webinar sales funnels for hardware + software
  • Own and manage $75K+ paid ad budget across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels
  • Build and optimize landing pages, email flows, and retargeting campaigns
  • Own the design of the website for optimal conversion
  • Partner with Product Marketing Manager on launch campaigns
  • Collaborate with SEO/CRO agency (or consolidate and lead new vendor)
  • Own analytics, attribution, and ongoing funnel experimentation
  • Manage a small marketing team including design, content, paid ads, SEO, and Shopify management
  • Align with the Sales & Success team to scale SQL volume and self-checkout flow

Key Performance Indicators

  • Percentage of sales closed without human reps
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate (overall and by channel)
  • CAC, LTV, and blended ROAS
  • Webinar funnel conversion rates: Reg → Attend → Book Demo → Close
  • ARR growth from automated sequences

Qualifications

  • Experience building high-ticket funnels and selling online
  • Comfort with large paid budgets and performance marketing metrics
  • Ability to work with data, run A/B tests, and optimize for CAC/LTV
  • Interest in growing into a Director of Demand Gen as the company scales
