About the role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will develop, manage, and execute on customer and competitive research, product value propositions and messaging, and go-to-market and sales enablement programs that support new business and customer growth goals. This will involve collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy to craft programs and tactics that improve the sales process and buyer experience. You will help drive product marketing strategy across the LRN suite of offerings from ideation through execution, ensuring that the voice of the customer is deeply embedded in all activities. You will help execute world-class go-to-market launches and customer growth initiatives that include buyer personas, messaging, and sales training and enablement materials. You will excel in this role if you are organized, decisive, agile, and iterative; and thrive in ambiguity and with autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product marketing plans including country/region-specific targeting, value proposition, key messaging, competitive analysis, ICP targeting, and sales enablement plans that impact revenue growth in North America.
- Communicate and tell the story of LRN solutions to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and in-region sales teams to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement. Produce enablement collateral including fact sheets, sales slides, videos, discovery questions, talking points, and emails.
- Stay informed on external market and competitors; conduct, synthesize, and produce competitive intelligence reports and update battlecards.
- Own launch execution for key products and identify opportunities to drive product-led growth. Define and scope product marketing and related campaigns from planning to execution.
- Participate in Voice of Customer interviews, analyze findings, and identify opportunities across sales, messaging, PR, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure messaging resonates in market; establish product descriptions, features, and differentiators across channels with our ICP.
- Drive adoption of marketing and sales collateral; improve organization and delivery of existing materials and content.
- Develop case studies with clients to highlight success and impact of LRN solutions.
- Lead writing and submission of award applications showcasing LRN's innovation and leadership in ethics & compliance and technology.
What we're looking for
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with competitive landscape and customer research.
- Strong copywriting with ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working directly with external clients, including co-developing marketing assets, case studies, and award submissions.
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and Parmonic).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Enthusiastic team player with proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude.
- Relentless curiosity and a knack for understanding people and what drives them.
- Self-starter with sound judgment, strong prioritization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to solutions in undefined or evolving areas.
