Head Of Product Marketing
As our Head of Product Marketing, you will own the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our platform. This is a foundational role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll start as a player-coach leading our product marketing function, directly creating critical assets, and potentially managing 1 direct report, with the opportunity to grow the team as we scale.
You'll work cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Product, and Sales to build a category-defining story, align campaigns and ABM motions, and equip the revenue team with tools that close deals faster.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead GTM plans for launches, ensuring positioning, messaging, and campaigns directly drive pipeline and revenue.
- Demand Gen & ABM Alignment : Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to co-own ABM campaigns, vertical messaging, and content that accelerates enterprise and agency deals.
- Prospect-Focused Content : Create technical and video content across the buyer journeysolution guides, ROI tools, case studies, and late-stage enablement assets.
- Market Intelligence : Own competitive insights, win / loss analysis, and pricing recommendations to inform roadmap and GTM execution.
- Team Leadership : Act as a player-coach, managing one direct report and scaling the PMM team as the business grows.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in product marketing. Proven experience targeting enterprise customers; bonus for agency, mid-market, or SMB exposure.
- Exceptional at crafting narratives that resonate with executives, buyers, and users alike. Skilled at simplifying complex tech into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Track record of partnering with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to drive measurable outcomes. Strong exposure to ABM and enterprise motions.
- Comfortable building a deck yourself in the morning and presenting a GTM plan to the exec team in the afternoon. Excited to manage and grow a team over time.
- Data-driven mindset, tying positioning and GTM execution to pipeline velocity, win rate, adoption, and ARR growth.
- Thrives in early-stage environments. Scrappy, adaptable, and motivated to establish playbooks that can scale.
