$110,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable impact across digital channels and elevate brand storytelling.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role bridging strategic creative vision with tactical execution — linking together growth campaigns, product marketing, and sales efforts. You’ll develop campaigns across email, paid digital, and events/trade shows, while optimizing performance and driving ROI.

  • Craft clear, persuasive messaging across ads, email, video, and social. Continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Lead creative direction for digital campaigns (email, video, paid ads) from ideation through production, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and design teams. Manage creative calendars and workflows to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Establish and track performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, open rates, etc.). Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
  • 3–7+ years in creative/marketing roles, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven expertise in copywriting and digital marketing assets (email, ads, collateral).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing email, digital ads, and video content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and iterating based on data.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS.
