Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer at AdSerts in Brookfield, WI. The primary responsibility for this role is print layout design—developing, refining, and executing layouts for circulars, catalogs, and other retail-focused print projects.

In addition to print, the Graphic Designer will also contribute to digital design, branding, and other creative projects that support integrated marketing strategies. The role involves collaborating closely with the Creative Director, internal team members, and clients to bring design concepts to life across both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every deliverable.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print layouts for circulars, catalogs, and other retail-focused print projects
• Contribute to digital design and branding initiatives
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, internal teams, and clients to deliver cohesive concepts across print and digital platforms
• Ensure high quality, on-brand deliverables with attention to detail and deadlines

Qualifications

• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
