Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Garland, TX. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, staff training and development, and performance management. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with labor regulations, developing HR policies and procedures, and maintaining employee records. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with management to strategize and implement HR initiatives that support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Lead performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain HR records
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to strategize and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations with ADP
• Skills in staff training, development, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Bachelor\'s degree in human resources a plus but not required, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the commercial laundry or service industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
