Core Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
• Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes

Benefits & Compensation

• Administer employee benefits and payroll systems
• Assist with compensation planning and salary reviews

Policy & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards
• Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems

Training & Development

• Organize training programs and support career development initiatives
• Track employee progress and gather feedback

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 2 or more years in Human Resources with experience with most of the core HR responsibilities listed (required)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (in HR, organizational management, or related field)
• Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
