Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a part-time dental assistant to join our Ohio team. This Dental Assistant position will work part-time, 16 hours per week. The schedule requires Fridays weekly, with one additional weekday that is somewhat flexible. The scheduled hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. This position is located at the Southeastern Correctional Facility in Lancaster, OH. This is a rewarding, low-stress alternative to private practice dentistry and offers competitive compensation of $19+ per hour and 401k. No late nights or weekends are required!

Responsibilities

Part-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties:

Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. Very limited endo with no ortho or crown & bridge required. Administrative duties are also required, and you will be trained in this area.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Ohio Radiographer License are required
