Overview

Mid America Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to join our Ohio team. This 16-hour-per-week position works Fridays plus one additional weekday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, at the Southeastern Correctional Facility in Lancaster, OH. The role offers 401k and competitive compensation of $19.00 per hour, with a $400 sign-on bonus. No late nights or weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Routine chairside duties including preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care.
• Limited endodontics; no orthodontics or crown & bridge required.
• Administrative duties; training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred
• Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
• Ohio Radiographer License required
• Non-smoking facility, per ODRC policies
