Call Center Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager in our Salisbury, NC office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job duties include:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide customer service
- Manage sales reps' schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
