Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Greater Philadelphia, PA (3-days onsite) EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company, with a first-in-class product, to hire a Manager and Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation. This is an exciting opportunity on the Commercial Planning & Operations team to work with cross functional stakeholders and apply a strategic lens to Incentive Compensation. Responsibilities Design and optimize incentive structures in collaboration with cross-functional commercial teams to drive field performance. Oversee administration and partner coordination to ensure seamless execution of incentive programs and related processes. Enhance data quality and analytics frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments. Lead communication and training efforts to support adoption and alignment of incentive tools across field operations. Requirements: 5+ years experience required Consulting experience with Pharma/Biotech clients preferred Incentive compensation experience Skilled in distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights and solutions for diverse audiences. Effective communicator and collaborator, adept at managing cross-functional relationships and external partnerships. Highly organized multitasker, known for delivering high-quality work under pressure with strong attention to detail. Please Note: This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
