(3 days on-site) EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company, with a first-in-class product, to hire a Director, Value and Access. This is a highly visible role within the organizations Market Access team to shape value stories across Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid. Key Responsibilities: Value Communication Strategy & Execution: Craft and evolve payer messaging that integrates brand strategy and clinical evidence to support access across all key markets Payer Tools & Field Enablement: Develop and refine field tools and training to empower access teams with effective payer engagement resources Monitoring Market Evolution: Track payer trends and competitive shifts to proactively adjust value communication strategies and identify emerging opportunities Strategic Initiative Support: Support cross-functional access initiatives by contributing evidence-based insights to contracting, pricing, and segmentation strategies Compliance/Governance: Ensure all payer materials are compliant and collaborate with Legal and Regulatory to maintain accuracy and alignment Qualifications: Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred 12+ years pharma/biotech experience required 5+ years market access, payer value communications, and payer marketing experience. Specialty therapeutic experience: Cardiovascular, Hepatology, or Metabolic experience preferred. Market Access Strategy, Payer Account Mgmt, Deal evaluation experience preferred Ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer narratives Have supported field access and strategic contracting teams Note: Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered for this role.
