We specialize in the development and manufacturing of mammalian-expressed recombinant proteins, with a focus on monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the execution of client programs and internal R&D projects. This role will serve as a key interface between our scientific, technical, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination and Execution · Manage end-to-end execution of client and internal development projects · Coordinate across lab, data, and leadership teams to align on scope, timing, and deliverables · Organize and maintain project documentation including SOWs, protocols, and meeting summaries Client Communication and Stakeholder Management · Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients during program execution · Facilitate timely updates and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders · Monitor program performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed Operations Support and Process Optimization · Lead weekly internal check-ins to review program milestones and timelines · Support lab resource planning and project forecasting · Contribute to the development of scalable project workflows and documentation standards
Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field · 5+ years of experience in project management or operations within biotech, pharma, or a CDMO · Excellent communication and organizational skills · Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment · Strong familiarity with biomanufacturing workflows and process development · Demonstrated AI literacy: hands-on experience using AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) to enhance and scale key responsibilities through prompt engineering and context management.
Preferred Skills · Experience with project management tools · Background in life sciences, chemical engineering, or biotechnology · Prior client-facing roles
