About the Role:
We are hiring a
Traveling Superintendent
based out of
Los Angeles, CA
to manage national projects in the
Restaurant, C-Store, and Retail industries . This position involves significant travel and requires strong leadership on-site. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of field construction, including scheduling, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination. Conduct site meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Enforce quality standards and resolve field-related issues quickly. Ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Expertise in retail/restaurant projects with high-volume, fast-paced builds. Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in multiple states. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
