About the Role:
Our team is looking for a
Traveling Superintendent
based out of
Atlanta, GA
to lead commercial construction projects nationwide. These projects focus on
Restaurant, C-Store, and Retail environments , requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and quality control. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance standards. Provide daily project updates and maintain detailed reports. Work closely with project managers, owners, and architects to deliver successful results. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Background in
Restaurant, Retail, or C-Store projects
strongly preferred. Ability to travel regularly and lead projects across the U.S. Strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Per diem allowance Truck allowance Paid travel home Full benefits package
