Metro Atlanta's No.1 residential real estate firm is immediately seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This position coordinates front office coverage and assists with projects and any additional administrative support necessary for the organization, while also providing essential support to the Managing Broker. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, have a sharp eye for detail, and bring event planning efforts that support our advisors' success.
Salary range:
$50,000 - $55,000 Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-person, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Location:
Marietta, GA Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests welcoming clients & advisors with professionalism Manage calendars, meetings & office organization Support leadership with day-to-day operations Oversee reception area ensuring effective communications both internally and externally Maintain office supplies: organizing, maintaining and communicating orders Manage conference room reservations Receive and distribute office mail Respond to advisor queries, providing basic technical support and computer assistance as needed. Organize and execute office events, advisor training sessions, client appreciation gatherings, and community outreach activities Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and budgets for events Maintain all facets of office meetings, including but not limited to the following: Sales meetings Set-up/breakdown Catering coordination Agenda preparation Providing technical support with audio and presentations Office Events Schedule/advertise all training classes & social events with vendors Arrange, monitor and clean before and after events Generate and distribute monthly office calendar and birthdays Schedule additional CE classes (monthly) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or executive assistance Strong communication and interpersonal skills; polished in person and on the phone Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and work independently Professional demeanor and a client-service mindset
