Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join the Human Resources team of a leading healthcare organization. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs while delivering high-quality customer service to both corporate and community-based employees. The Benefits Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, support open enrollment, and manage employee data in the HRIS.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for employee questions regarding health insurance, 401(k), leaves of absence, and other benefits. Support and administer the annual open enrollment process. Process benefit changes for new hires, terminations, and qualifying life events. Collaborate with vendors to resolve eligibility, claims, and service issues. Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Dayforce experience a plus). Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and other regulations. Assist in preparing reports, audits, and benefits communications. Support company wellness initiatives and benefit-related communication campaigns.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1–2 years of experience in HR or benefits administration. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
