Construction Project Manager

to lead hospital and healthcare facility projects. If you have a strong track record in managing complex construction projects, this is your chance to take on a high-impact role with a leading team. Key Responsibilities Manage hospital and healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and construction documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders to ensure project success. Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and risk management efforts. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction codes, standards, and safety regulations. Qualifications 7–10 years of
construction project management experience , ideally in
hospital, healthcare, or medical facility construction Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and project scheduling. Experience with procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
