Position Summary The Director of Investor Relations & Marketing will be a senior member of the team, reporting to the Head of IR & Marketing (Managing Director). This individual will ensure excellence across all investor communications, marketing initiatives, and due diligence activities. The ideal candidate has approximately 10 years of Investor Relations experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and balances strategic vision with hands-on execution. Investors Relations
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of due diligence materials, RFPs/DDQs, investor updates, and due diligence requests, including managing data rooms (e.g., Intralinks). Serve as a senior point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and consistency. Manage and strengthen LP relationships with strong organization, project management, and reliability. Build and institutionalize infrastructure for LP engagement, including enhancement of a CRM to enhance long-term relationship management. Partner closely with investment teams to align messaging, positioning, and investor communications. Anticipate investor needs and contribute to capital formation initiatives by cultivating and deepening relationships. Marketing & Communications
Oversee the quality control of investor-facing materials, website updates, and select marketing collateral. Ensure consistency of firm-wide messaging and brand positioning across channels. Requirements
10+ years of experience in investor relations within alternative investments or private equity. Strong knowledge of institutional investors and the fundraising lifecycle. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to lead investor engagement and support successful fundraising outcomes. Strong project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability and willingness to work 5 days per week in the New York office (in-person presence required). Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred. The anticipated base salary for this role is $180,000 - $225,000 + bonus eligibility. The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and actual base salary will be determined by several components including but not limited to an individual’s experience, skill set and qualifications.
