Associate / Senior Associate – Investor Relations Location New York City, NY Base Salary Range $125,000/yr. to $175,000/yr. Base Salary does not include an additional discretionary annual bonus. Pantzer Properties is a fully integrated owner/operator of multifamily assets along the East Coast of the United States. We invest through our fully discretionary private equity fund series known as the Panco Strategic Real Estate Funds. Since its inception, Pantzer Properties has successfully raised six funds and been involved in more than $8 billion of real estate transactions. We currently own and manage approximately 10,000 units and are actively deploying $1.0B of equity in Fund VI. We are strategically positioned with top-tier multifamily properties, experienced leadership, and a 50-year track record. Investor Relations Responsibilities: ·Create, refine, and manage a broad range of investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, private placement memoranda (PPMs), fund marketing materials, annual meeting presentations, market updates, and investor letters. · Lead and coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests such as DDQs, quarterly questionnaires, quarterly investor reporting and ad hoc inquiries, partnering across internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. ·Support capital formation efforts by partnering with senior leadership on investor outreach, fundraising initiatives, and prospective LP engagement. ·Draft and distribute high-quality investor communications, including quarterly and annual reports, capital call and distribution notices, diligence documents, and real-time investor updates. ·Plan and execute investor events such as annual meetings, webinars, update calls, conferences, and one-on-one investor sessions. ·Analyze investor data, market trends, and portfolio performance to generate insights that inform investor messaging and strategy. ·Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, and investor prospecting using CRM systems and third-party data platforms. ·Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across acquisitions, asset management, finance, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment on investor messaging and data. ·Maintain up-to-date records of fundraising activity, investor communications, and contact information in the firm's CRM database. ·Contribute to special IR initiatives and strategic projects that support the firm's broader capital formation platform. ·Support ESG initiative and integration into investor communications. ·Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's investment strategy, portfolio positioning, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Application Requirements: ·2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within real estate private equity, investment management, capital markets, investor relations, or fund marketing. ·Bachelor's degree required ·Demonstrated experience supporting institutional fundraising, capital formation, or investor relations processes. ·Strong financial literacy, with a solid grasp of investment performance metrics, financial reporting, and real estate investment principles. ·Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to support investor communications and decision-making. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, investor-friendly materials. ·Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines and collaborating effectively across teams. ·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); prior experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Juniper Square, FIS Investran, Preqin, Datasite), Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) Exam and active FINRA Series 7 license is a plus
