We’re looking for an

Office Manager

to join our small but growing client’s team. This role blends administrative, payroll support, and light bookkeeping responsibilities while keeping the office running smoothly!

What You’ll Be Doing Support payroll (submitting information directly to ADP - no processing required). Take ownership of day-to-day office operations and administration. Provide occasional clerical/accounting support, such as AR processing (every few weeks). Manage office supplies, equipment, mail, and vendor relationships. Serve as point of contact for visitors, calls, and general office inquiries. Assist with HR tasks like onboarding paperwork and coordinating employee information. Help with bookkeeping-type support: coding invoices, reconciling vendor statements, or assisting with expense reporting. Help with compliance paperwork and related reporting

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or related administrative role. General accounting/clerical knowledge is needed. Strong communication skills and confidence working independently. A proactive, flexible approach — someone who’s resourceful and a good problem solver

Compensation:

$80,000 – $105,000
