Commercial Project Manager

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Compensation:
$120,000+ annually (depending on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Project Manager
to oversee large-scale multifamily construction projects including apartments, condos, dorms, and other commercial residential developments. This role is split between
50% in the field and 50% in the office . The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage crews of up to 50 employees, coordinate with general contractors and multiple trades, and drive projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee crews of 50+ staff across multiple job sites.
Split time between office management and on-site supervision (approx. 50/50).
Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and quality control for commercial multifamily projects.
Ensure all safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications are followed.
Provide regular updates to leadership and clients regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Travel to job sites across the
Bay Area to Reno
corridor as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of Project Management experience
in commercial construction.
Experience managing large crews (50+ staff).
Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with General Contractors and trade partners.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel regionally as required.
Preferred Experience
Multifamily, apartment, condo, or dorm construction background.
Hands-on field experience combined with office management skills.
OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
