Chief Financial Officer Role – Aroris
Own the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting functions.
Ensure liquidity and cash flow management to support growth.
Deliver EBITDA margin improvement and SaaS ARR recognition accuracy.
Maintain clean audits, regulatory compliance, and financial controls.
Capital Strategy & Liquidity
Lead capital planning, debt facilities, and refinancing options.
Develop 3–5 year capital roadmap aligned with valuation and growth goals.
Partner with external advisors, banks, and investors to optimize cost of capital.
Growth & Expansion (Corporate Development)
Identify, evaluate, and pilot adjacent revenue streams
Build financial models and go-to-market strategies for vertical expansion into PE roll-ups, MSOs, rural hospitals, and enterprise health systems.
Partner with Revenue Leader, Profesionnal Services Leader and Product Leader to ensure financial structure, pricing, and scalability of new revenue streams.
Investor Relations & Market Narrative
Shape and communicate Aroris' story as a high-growth healthcare tech platform to investors and strategic partners.
Build early relationships with potential acquirers and growth equity sponsors to surface whitespace opportunities and establish credibility.
Serve as lead finance voice with the board, bankers, and external stakeholders.
Position Aroris to attract high-quality strategic investors at premium valuations.
Advisory Board Leadership
Lead the structure, agenda, and facilitation of the Advisory Board to maximize strategic value.
Ensure meetings focus on insights, growth strategy, and external validation rather than administrative updates.
Free up founders (Jeremy and Brett) to operate as visionary board participants rather than day-to-day managers.
Manage cadence, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions for the advisory board.
Team Building & Scaling
Build and develop a high-performing finance and capital strategy team to support growth.
Implement systems and processes for FP&A, investor reporting, and SaaS metrics tracking.
Mentor and grow internal finance talent to support the company's transition from $200M valuation toward $1B by 2031.
Alignment with Vision 2031
Play a central role in the company's trajectory from $200M valuation to $1B by 2031.
Balance founder risk reduction with aggressive SaaS growth.
Act not just as CFO, but as a strategic partner and co-architect of Aroris' long-term growth story.
