Recruiting Analyst
to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role will support recruiting operations by analyzing hiring metrics, optimizing workflows, and providing insights that drive strategic talent acquisition decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to track performance metrics and hiring outcomes Maintain dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and forecasting Assist in optimizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Support diversity hiring initiatives through data analysis and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruiting analytics, HR operations, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field Experience supporting recruiting teams in corporate or agency settings
