Ultimate Staffing
We're seeking a project-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead projects and oversee day-to-day operations within a dynamic supply chain team. This role combines project leadership, team management, and data-driven decision making, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
This is 100% on-site role in South Miami. No remote or hybrid flexibility available.
What You'll Do: Lead cross-functional supply chain projects, including system upgrades, new product introductions, and process improvements. Manage and mentor a team of three professionals, providing direction and support. Build Excel-based models and dashboards to forecast demand, track performance, and optimize inventory. Partner with procurement, operations, R&D, IT, and external suppliers to align on objectives. Oversee supplier relationships and third-party logistics partners. Travel domestically (up to 25%) to supplier and partner sites. Drive initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and streamline operations.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Master's/MBA preferred). 5+ years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience with at least 2 years in project management. Advanced Excel expertise (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling; Power Query or BI a plus). Proven success managing large product portfolios in manufacturing, consumer goods, or regulated industries. ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar). PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma experience a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills.
This is a chance to lead a small team, manage meaningful projects, and have a direct impact on operational success. Apply today to take the next step in your career.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the California Fair Chance Act, City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance. For unincorporated Los Angeles county, to the extent our customers require a background check for certain positions, the Company faces a significant risk to its business operations and business reputation unless a review of criminal history is conducted for those specific job positions.
