We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in South Miami who thrives at the intersection of data accuracy, planning, and procurement. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable working with high-SKU product lines in a regulated environment, where accuracy and problem-solving matter as much as system experience.

This is 100% in office role. Not remote or hybrid options available.

What You'll Do: Maintain master data integrity, item setups, and bill of materials. Prepare and evaluate materials requirements and stocking plans to support customer service levels. Place purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and expedite as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Support decisions on make vs. buy, reorder points, and vendor/component rationalization through data analysis. Use advanced Excel to create reports and tools that fill gaps where systems fall short. Assist with supply chain aspects of new product launches, from item setup to planning and procurement. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and escalate where needed.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related analytical field. 4+ years of relevant supply chain, operations, or purchasing experience. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, macros; Power Query/Power BI a plus). Experience managing high SKU volumes in industries such as medical device, consumer goods, manufacturing, or pharma. Familiarity with FDA/ISO or other regulated environments preferred. ERP system knowledge; APICS certification or Microsoft Dynamics GP experience a plus.
