Interior Design Project Manager Location: Baltimore, MD | Full-Time | $85,000–$100,000 About the Role LHH is partnering with our client, a leading multidisciplinary design firm with more than five decades of success across diverse sectors, to identify a skilled Interior Design Project Manager. This opportunity offers the chance to lead projects that balance creativity, technical rigor, and client engagement—delivering environments where people and design come together seamlessly. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion, balancing design excellence with disciplined project delivery. You’ll oversee schematic design, development, construction documentation, and administration phases while fostering collaboration across teams. You’ll also engage directly with clients, consultants, and vendors—ensuring outcomes meet both creative and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from planning through completion, keeping budgets, schedules, and client expectations aligned. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and vendor partners. Oversee design documentation, technical accuracy, and construction administration. Contribute to a collaborative studio culture, supporting knowledge-sharing and team growth. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of professional experience in interior design and architecture, with a strong portfolio across: Multi-family housing, Commercial office spaces, Hospitality (restaurants, markets), Senior living (amenity spaces), Retail environments, Medical spas Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred. Proficiency in Revit required; portfolio/work samples will be requested. Familiarity with design/rendering tools such as Enscape, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong project management skills—able to balance multiple deadlines with attention to detail. Effective communicator with a proven track record of client and partner relationship-building.
