Role Description This role centers on supporting our Spravato (esketamine) treatment program, including preparing treatment spaces, coordinating patient flow, monitoring sessions under provider supervision, and managing ordering, inventory, and compliance-related logistics.
The position also plays a key role in treatment delivery support, with opportunities to cross-train in TMS therapy administration. In addition, you’ll assist with general clinic operations such as scheduling, patient check-in, call management, and insurance/administrative tasks as needed.
This is a highly patient-facing position that requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a calm, supportive, and luxury experience for patients receiving advanced psychiatric care.

Qualifications Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members Prior outpatient healthcare experience preferred Background in mental health, TMS, and/or Spravato administration are a plus
