Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic
Front Office Manager
to oversee front office operations while also supporting providers with clinical and administrative tasks. This dual role is key to ensuring smooth clinic operations, excellent patient care, and a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $24-25 per hour, depending on experience. Outstanding Benefits – KCPP pays for 100% for health, dental, and vision insurance for all employees. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily front office operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and inquiries. • Supervise, train, and support front office staff to maintain high standards of customer service. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality standards in all front office practices. • Manage billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment collection. • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs. • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and patient flow. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system. • Support medication management by coordinating refills, and pharmacy communication under provider guidance. • Prepare documentation, forms, and correspondence as requested by providers. • Facilitate communication between patients and providers to ensure timely responses to clinical questions. • Assist with care coordination, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field preferred. • Previous experience in a medical office or behavioral health clinic required. • At least 2 years of supervisory or office management experience preferred. • Familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation - KCPP uses NextGen EHR Behavioral Health Suite - Ranked the #1 best in KLAS Behavioral Health EHR in the U.S. • Knowledge of insurance verification, billing practices, and patient intake procedures. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. • Medical assistant or similar clinical experience a plus.
