LHH is working with a company in the construction industry that has been in the Texas area for decades. They are looking for a Dispatcher to work in either their team in Temple, TX. The ideal candidate will be a dispatcher with roll-off dumpster experience, someone familiar with DOT regulations and someone who has worked iwht routing systems. Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent communication within the region
Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel
Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies
Administer fleet DOT administration, including logbooks & record maintenance
Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches
Qualifications
Experience as a dispatcher
Experience with roll-off dumpters
Experience working with Routing Systems
Familiar with DOT regulations
Bilingual is a plus
CDL in a plus
Being from the rental industry is a plus
Someone who is a quick learner, can think on their feet, and responds quickly
