Could This Be For You? In this role, you are the go-to person for our customers, making sure every interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. You enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and keeping projects running smoothly. You Will Be Trusted To:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and service tickets with professionalism and urgency Accurately enter orders, tickets, and customer information into our systems Coordinate with installers, field teams, and vendors to keep projects on track Identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems while protecting customer trust and company interests Keep customers informed, explaining solutions and next steps clearly Maintain high standards for accuracy, service, and follow-through You Qualify With:

High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of customer service experience in a professional or industry-related environment Strong typing skills (50–60 WPM) and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills both written and verbal Reliable attendance and ability to follow established processes Reliable transportation; must work on-site Additional Success:

One or more years of experience in a related industry (home services, garage doors, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, construction/building supply, or auto parts) Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch systems Experience supporting field service teams Knowledge of garage door products, services, and repair processes Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Our Investment in You:
