Sr Property Manager
will represent the company as the on-site property manager in the Denver Region. This individual will be responsible for the daily management of all of the company's commercial properties in Denver while working with a team. Responsibilities:
Property Operations Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests Prepare annual budgets and monthly expense reports Oversee building maintenance, vendor contracts, and insurance claims Conduct regular property inspections Tenant Management Maintain strong tenant relationships and lead lease renewals Coordinate broker events with leadership Serve as primary liaison for tenant legal issues and collections Capital Projects Manage CapEx projects from contractor selection to completion Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with codes, leases, and tenant requirements Office Operations Mentor, train, and support PM and Assistant PM staff Collaborate with regional teams on best practices Assist in hiring, budgeting, invoicing, and CAM estimates/reconciliations Stay informed on local market trends, attend industry events, and represent the company in public forums Qualifications Proven experience leading property management teams Skilled in office and industrial lease renewals Knowledge of accrual and cash accounting, tenant improvement projects, and Yardi software CPM certification preferred
