Director of Operations
to play a key role in guiding strategic and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, lead high-performing teams, and contribute to projects that shape communities. What You'll Do Inspire and Lead:
Build and guide high-performance teams, set clear objectives, and foster a results-driven, collaborative environment. Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations including resource allocation, schedules, budgets, and quality control. Streamline processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, track and forecast project financials, and ensure efficiency and profitability. Safety & Compliance:
Promote a culture of safety, ensure adherence to all industry regulations, and stay ahead of evolving codes and standards. Client & Vendor Relations:
Strengthen partnerships, deliver excellent client service, and incorporate feedback to achieve successful outcomes. Innovation:
Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate new tools that improve efficiency and drive growth. What You'll Bring Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree or certifications such as PMP, LEED, or PE preferred). Experience:
10+ years of leadership in electrical operations or a related field with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, teams, and budgets. Skills: Expertise in electrical codes, safety regulations, and project management software. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
