Senior Financial Analyst
to support strategic decision-making across three dynamic areas: Trades Brands, Company-Owned Franchise Locations, and Scale Operations. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams—perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment. What You'll Do: Build and maintain driver-based financial models that reflect seasonality, pricing, productivity, and cost trends. Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning. Analyze strategic initiatives such as market expansion, new service lines, and vendor negotiations. Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and performance dashboards. Track KPIs and identify trends to drive margin improvement and operational efficiency. Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business leaders to validate assumptions and gather insights. Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements and automation using Excel, NetSuite, and BI tools. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Hyperion, or BI tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
