We Search People are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized builder with a strong portfolio of luxury apartments, student housing, affordable housing, and military family communities.
Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Drive compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and assistant PMs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in multifamily or large-scale residential construction. Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
