Interested in HR long-term, open to mentorship/growth.
ADP required; Rippling experience a plus.
Payroll exposure (CA + multi-state: TX, CO, ID, HI).
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Documentation
Build/update new hire packet & onboarding checklist.
Upload/download employee docs (Rippling → ADP).
Migrate existing employee files from Rippling into ADP.
Payroll
Learn to run ADP payroll within 6 months.
Manage multiple payroll cycles (hourly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, commissions).
Ensure high attention to detail (critical requirement).
Compliance & HR Support
Apply knowledge of California labor laws.
Maintain employee records; support compliance tracking.
Assist with audits, reporting, and file management.
General HR Administration
Provide direct HR/admin support to COO & HR lead.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly.
Flexible to support projects as HR/payroll expands.
