What You'll Be Doing Perform molecular biology and NGS workflows (e.g., RNA-seq, WGS, WES) Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of experiments and outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and scientific teams Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous workflow improvement Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery in a fast-paced R&D environment ?? Role Levels and Expectations ?? Senior Associate Scientist II Execute experiments with guidance Participate in troubleshooting and basic protocol refinement Assist with documentation, data review, and internal communications Support project timelines and collaborate with teammates May assist in training or mentoring with oversight ?? Scientist I Independently design, troubleshoot, and optimize experiments Lead training and mentoring of junior staff on techniques, documentation, and SOPs Contribute to or lead workflow development and process innovation Present results to internal stakeholders and clients Serve as a technical resource across departments ?? Senior Associate Scientist II Typically 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience

For

Scientist I Typically 5+ years of lab experience or a Ph.D. with industry exposure

Strong background in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, sequence analysis) Experience with NGS platforms (e.g., Illumina) strongly preferred Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills Experience in research-focused or biopharma service environments preferred ?? Compensation Salary Range Starting at:

$70,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications) Bonus Eligibility:
