About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead end-to-end project planning, execution, procurement, and logistics for our growing operations. This is an in-person role requiring a presence at our Pennsylvania office with occasional travel as needed. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, B2B environments—especially within the
construction and supply chain sectors . You'll be instrumental in driving project success while building strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients. ?? Key Responsibilities Project Management Develop and manage project plans including timelines, goals, budgets, and resource allocation. Track and report on project progress; identify risks and drive timely mitigation. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and material availability aligned with project schedules. Coordinate closely with sales to align delivery schedules with project timelines. Oversee documentation, reporting, and invoicing processes including issuing COIs and reviewing incoming/outgoing invoices. Develop and implement SOPs for financial processes in coordination with the VP of Operations and accounting. Lead safety training and compliance programs. Procurement Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships. Conduct vendor visits and manage procurement communications. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, issue POs, and maintain trucking rates. Identify and communicate any applicable tariffs, duties, or customs needs. Manage and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors. Logistics Prepare and maintain Bills of Lading (BOLs); coordinate with trucking companies and brokers. Oversee outbound/inbound material handling (including video documentation). Verify accurate and timely shipments and proactively address any delivery issues. Generate and maintain quality and logistics reports. ? What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of experience in project management , ideally within B2B construction or industrial sectors. Proven track record in
supply chain logistics , inventory management, and procurement. Experience with Acello is a plus! Strong working knowledge of project and logistics software.
