LARGE FORMAT DIGITAL PRINT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - TEMP TO HIRE We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate with experience in large-format digital printing. This role involves operating and maintaining printing equipment, managing production schedules, and ensuring high-quality output to meet strict client deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time client delivery Perform preventative maintenance and setup on large-format printing equipment Operate digital printing presses (loading/unloading materials, flatbed operation, etc.) Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical and software issues (Onyx Thrive, Adobe, Corel, etc.) Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize throughput Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Collaborate with design and client service teams to meet project requirements Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Digital Printing Experience: 2+ years (required) Corel Draw: 1+ year (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite / Photoshop: 1+ year (preferred) Knowledge of Onyx Thrive and/or Photography a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and load large (4x8) sheets of material Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting deadlines Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Creative thinking and ability to suggest improvements Strong technical aptitude and comfort with production technology Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
