About the Role:
We’re seeking a
Training & Document Specialist
to support our global quality training programs. In this role, you’ll provide
LMS administration, user support, and data management
to ensure smooth training operations and compliance. This is an onsite position in Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day
LMS front-end support
(assigning/registering training, maintaining courses, resolving issues). Configure profiles, test and execute validation scripts. Audit and maintain data integrity; propose and execute clean-up solutions. Support reporting needs, including compliance and regulatory audit requests. Assist in training documentation and small quality projects. Partner with team members and vendors to resolve system issues.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience
in training administration, LMS support, or a related role. Proficiency in SharePoint and Outlook
(required). Strong
verbal and written communication
skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team. H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills: Experience with
Power BI
reporting. Background in
clinical research or quality training environments
. Calendaring and scheduling experience.
