Successful in
developing strategic vision and leading implementation in Best Practices Deliver strategic insight, decisive action and leadership as aligning workforce goals Exposure to scaling a new plant or greenfield operation Comfortable working with automation/robotics vendors to get new lines to steady-state production Create and implement aggressive KPIs for quality, performance, delivery, and costs. Develop new leaders and motivate manufacturing team through technical direction and guidance. Optimize operating efficiencies.

Qualifications: Strong record of success against key common KPI’s (Safety/Quality/ Service /Productivity/ Material, Overhead control) in multiple plant operations. Demonstrated record of development for young, inexperienced Supervisors, Engineers, Hourly Colleagues. High energy and proven leader. P&L management experience.
