Job Description Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Content Coordinator to support one of our client's marketing initiatives through high-quality content creation, web updates, reporting, and digital optimization. This role is ideal for a candidate who brings a blend of editorial skill, light front-end development experience, and a deep understanding of content strategy within a digital environment. The Content Coordinator will be responsible for drafting and publishing content across websites, blogs, emails, and social platforms, while also supporting technical site maintenance, performance reporting, and reputation management. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that content is accurate, engaging, aligned with business goals, and technically sound. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a foundational understanding of SEO, and the ability to collaborate across departments including design, SEO, development, and intake. Content Creation & Facilitation (35%) Draft, edit, and publish blog posts and website updates, including: attorney bios, practice pages, awards, and surveys.
Update and optimize existing website content to align with current SEO best practices and business goals as assigned by the senior strategist
Write compelling copy for email campaigns, newsletters, attorney, and leadership quotes, talking points and press releases to support marketing initiatives, including internal communications
Support social media team in cross-collaboration, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals
Content Planning (10%) Support content planning efforts by conducting topic research and coordinating with the senior strategist
Participate in internal strategy meetings to align content efforts with overall marketing objectives
Assist in building and maintaining editorial calendars for blog, email, and social media channels
Web & Technical Support (25%) Perform light front-end development tasks such as basic HTML/CSS updates
Modify templates and publish content via the CMS for the company's clients as needed
Troubleshoot and implement minor website fixes in coordination with developers and vendors
Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement (broken links, missing alt text, etc.)
ADA compliance monitoring
Performance reporting through PageSpeed Insights and other platforms
Reporting & Analytics (10%) Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly marketing reports using data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media insights, email platforms, and other sources
Assist the strategist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and content initiatives to evaluate ROI and inform future strategies
Compile and present findings to internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for optimization
Reputation Management Listings & Third-Party Platforms (10%) Maintain and update company profiles and listings on external platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
Monitor and respond to Google reviews and posts on third-party listings, adhering to company tone and best practices
Report/ monitor negative review, respond when appropriate and/or escalate to leadership
Manage and maintain record of all reviews
Track and report on changes in platform visibility or user engagement related to listings
Cross functional collaboration in conjunction with intake team across various client goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%) Attend vendor and partner meetings to provide marketing input and take follow-up actions as needed
Collaborate with design, development, and SEO teams to ensure content is well-integrated across platforms
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for marketing materials and ensure accuracy
Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks (5%) Organize marketing assets, maintain file structures, and support team documentation Skills/ qualifications 2-4 years experience in content drafting and development
1-2 years in light development experience (CSS, HTML, WordPress or another CMS)
Bachelors degree minimum or relevant experience
Visitor road mapping
Content planning
Experience with task management systems
Ability to lead meetings when necessary
SEO Certification Preferred (HubSpot, Google, or another service)
GA4 Certification Preferred
