Job Description A prominent investment firm is seeking a highly organized and experienced
Temporary Executive Assistant
to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This high-visibility role requires exceptional multitasking, top-tier communication skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at anticipating the needs of a senior executive, while also helping streamline both professional and personal tasks. If you have experience supporting C-level leadership in high-growth or finance environments, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and confidential administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, email correspondence, expense reports, and meeting prep
Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Manage complex calendars with attention to scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities
Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and follow-up reporting
Plan and execute executive meetings, leadership offsites, and board meetings—handling everything from venue selection and catering to agendas and follow-ups
Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Collaborate closely with Investment Operations and other internal teams
Support additional special projects as assigned
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within finance, venture capital, or high-growth environments
Proven success in managing executive calendars, travel, and complex logistics
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events and meetings with professionalism and precision
Superior organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule to support needs across East and West Coast time zones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and executive presence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
