This role as a Human Resources Specialist provides you with the opportunity to:

As a Human Resources Specialist, every day is dynamic and engaging. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with your HR leader to identify and meet talent and staffing needs, ensuring a perfect blend of experience and enthusiasm for optimal guest service.
- Leading targeted recruitment efforts to assist store leaders in finding the right candidates.
- Supporting training initiatives for team members and advocating for continuous learning.
- Serving as a knowledgeable resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
- Being approachable and available to team members, actively listening and collaborating with leaders to address concerns.
- Executing Human Resources processes and programs to boost team engagement and minimize disruptions to the business.
Foster a welcoming environment by greeting guests while managing your daily tasks. When guests require assistance, engage warmly to address their needs. Always demonstrate ethical conduct and compliance, prioritizing safety by adhering to all safety policies, reporting hazards, and correcting unsafe conditions where possible.
